With its intuitive interface and fusion development capabilities, SAP Build fosters collaboration between developers and business experts, empowering them to create innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of their organizations.

The Optical Character Recognition is working excellent, it's even better than some well-known niche players in the market. It's very suitable for workflows crossing multiple SAP and non-SAP systems. The Robotic Process Automation is quite good, but not best of breed. The integration content SAP provides on the other hand, is a great way to get started.

If colleagues come to me with use cases that arent to complex, I mostly recommend them SAP Build. Also if the budget is getting thight or the deadline is getting thight, you can easily and quickly have a basic App or flow, whuch you can then already have as a basis for the next steps in the automation

Less appropriate scenarios are complex interaction, not fit for large-scale projects, low budgets, or small teams, and making applications offline.

Suitable More secured infra and less appropriate for open source firms

For someone who is trying to build a no-code app without having to invest any money, SAP AppGyver can be a go-to solution. There is some learning curve involved but the community support and a few YouTube tutorials can get you going in no time. All the dynamic functionalities that you can imagine including integration of external databases is available. SAP AppGyver's Logic Editor is probably the most powerful function of the software.

In the area of financial processes, the automation can be widely used. With very complex or rarely occurring processes, the creation and testing of the workflow is more time consuming than the future benefits merit.

SAP IRPA is well suited for our staff to enter general information when procuring items for the firm. We believe it will also play a large role in how users enter time.
